Ingredients
1-1/2#sword fish,
4red jalepenos-seeded, chopped, 4sprigs cilanto, garlic, 2tsp cumin, 3tbsp. lime juice,
1/4cup mayo
Preparation
puree peppers, cilantro, garlic, cumin and lime juice, fold into mayo and marinate the swordfish for 20 minutes, grill to your liking. Serve with lime wedges, cilantro sprigs and jicama watercress citrus slaw
