Ingredients

1 1/2 c plain yogurt

2 large garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped

1/2 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1/2 tsp slt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 c chopped cilantro (optional)

1 1/2 lbs chix breasts, cut into 1 1/2 - 2 inch pieces

6 12-inch wooden skewers

Preparation

In bow, conbine yogurt, garlic, ginger, paprika,cumin, coriander, salt and pepper. Add chicken and stir to coat it all over. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours.

Thread chicken onto skewers.

Grill kebabs over medium hot heat, turning skewers several times, for 8-12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
