Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins
1/4 cup teryaki sauce
3 tbls maple syrup
4 tbls vegetable oil
3 garlic buds crushed
several drops of franks hot sauce
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
cut 1/4 inch slits on both sides of tenderloins at 2 inch intervals. This will help the marinating process
Mix all marinade ingredients together in glass bowl.
Marinate tenderloins in marinade for a minimum of 1 hour in fridge.
Preheat grill to med.
Place tenderloins on grill turning every 4 minutes and basting each time with remaining marinade. Cook for a total of 20 minutes.
Cut tenderloin into 3/4 inch medallions and serve with favorite vegetables.
