Ingredients

-10 or 15 thawed chicken wings or drum sticks.

-Spicey chicken seasoning (I used Webber’s kickin chicken seasoning.)

-1 or 2 cups of hot or buffalo sauce (You can really use any kind of wing sauce.)

Preparation

-Preheat a charcoal grill to high heat.

-Season both sides of chicken with spicy chicken seasoning.m

  • Sear chicken on both sides for 30 seconds per side.

-Take chicken off of grill and toss in hot sauce.

-Place chicken back on grill and cook chicken through.

  • Once chicken is done, sprinkle more seasoning on chicken and service sauce on the side.
