Ingredients
one piece of Tuna per person
one teaspoons of old bay seasoning.
one teaspoon of fresh parsley
1/2 cup of virgin olive oil
one teaspoon of garlic
Preparation
coat the tuna with the old bay on both sides and put aside. In a glass baking dish pour the olive oil, fresh garlic and parsley in and put on the grill, let the oil, garlic and parsley heat up. In the mean time on the other side of the grill place the tuna on the grill and cook on both sides till brown on both ends. Then transfer the tuna to the glass dish and cook for another 10 minutes or until you see it flakes off.
