Ingredients
6-7 oz of raw tuna per person
1" thick
low sodium teryaki marinade
grated ginger
1 large onion-cut in half
Preparation
Rinse tuna briefly. Place in dish and pour Teryaki sauce on both sides. Put 1 teaspoon of grated ginger on each side of the tuna. Cover and marinate 1-2 hours in the refrigerator. Re move tuna from refrigerator 45 minutes prior to grilling . Marinate onions in Zesty Italian Dressing 1-2 hours prior to grilling.Grill onions for 20 minutes, turning over once. Grill the tuna for 3-4 minutes on each side for rare. Serve with a side of Wasabi and soy sauce.
