Ingredients
3/4 lb ground turkey
1/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese
2 scallions or green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small minced fresh garlic clove
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese).
- Blend in the cheese.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Light grill for medium heat.
- Cook the patties until done. I use a thermometer.
- Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles.
