Ingredients
4 ciabatta
1/2 eggplant, sliced
1/2 sliced zucchini
4 mushroom, sliced
1 paprika
4 sliced smoked cheese
50g ruccola
—chilli cream cheese
100g cream cheese
3 pepperoncini
—-Balsamic dressing
50ml Balsamic vineger
40ml Extra Olive oil
salt, pepper
10g honey
Preparation
- Grill the sliced vegetables.
- Grind the pepperonicini, then put into the cream cheese mix well.
- slice half of the ciabatta to grill.
- Spread the cilli cream cheese one part of ciabatta.
- Put on the grilled vegetables and ruccola.
- Mix well the ingredients for the balsamic dressing.Pour the balsamic dressing on the top.
- Grill the smoked cheese for a 30sec.
- Put on the cheese another part of ciabatta and put together.
