Ingredients

4 ciabatta

1/2 eggplant, sliced

1/2 sliced zucchini

4 mushroom, sliced

1 paprika

4 sliced smoked cheese

50g ruccola

—chilli cream cheese

100g cream cheese

3 pepperoncini

—-Balsamic dressing

50ml Balsamic vineger

40ml Extra Olive oil

salt, pepper

10g honey

Preparation

  1. Grill the sliced vegetables.
  2. Grind the pepperonicini, then put into the cream cheese mix well.
  3. slice half of the ciabatta to grill.
  4. Spread the cilli cream cheese one part of ciabatta.
  5. Put on the grilled vegetables and ruccola.
  6. Mix well the ingredients for the balsamic dressing.Pour the balsamic dressing on the top.
  7. Grill the smoked cheese for a 30sec.
  8. Put on the cheese another part of ciabatta and put together.
