Ingredients
1 zuccini (cut in quarters)
1 small yellow squash (cut in quarters)
1 small eggplant (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
1 medium onion (sliced into 1/4 inch slices)
1 bunch asparagus
olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic powder
Preparation
Wash your vegetables well. Prepare your vegetables and place on a cookie sheet. Use just enough olive oil to lightly cover vegetables. sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss to cover with the olive oil and spices. Place on grill and cook until desired doneness.
