Ingredients
The marinade: 1 cup of canola oil
two tablespoons of dried basil leaf. One tablespoon of fresh chopped garlic and 1/4 cup of soy sauce. 1/4 lb. of whole small or medium button mushrooms
One medium summer squash and one zuchinne cut on a quarter inch bias.
Preparation
Mix vegetables with marinade for one minute and grill creating marks for your presentation. Serve as a side especially with t-bone steak. yum.
