Ingredients
2 ea yellow squash
2 ea firm zuccinni
1 ea green bellpepper
1 ea red bell pepper
1 ea onion
6 ea plum tomatoes
Preparation
Chop all veggies into bite size pieces. Place in large bowl and pour dressing over, cover, place in refrigerator overnite. Pre-heat grill. Grill Veggies till they are bite tender, NOT SOFT! About 10 - 15 minutes. Serve at once with main course I use a wok type affair that has holes in it. the more charred the veggies are, the better.
