Ingredients
Various vegatables of your choice:
cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, brocolli, cauliflower, yellow & green squash, green or red peppers, sweet potato, white & red potatoes. (hot peppers are good but dish with be firery)
Add garlic, salt & pepper, fresh cut chives, fresh mint,
You have different flavors with each combination of veggies.
Preparation
Clean & cut veggies. Place on a sheet of foil (large enough to wrap & seal around veggies). Top with seasonings, wrap, place on grill – 6" of more above coals or fire. Ready in approximately 10 minutes. I use a castiron fry pan with a lid as it is easy to check and stir if needed.
