Ingredients
2/3 large portabella mushroom caps
1T worcestshire
2T soy sauce
1T balsamic vinegar
1T wasabi oil
3 green onions,chopped
3 cloves garlic,chopped
1 red pepper
pepperjack cheese, shredded
garlic bread
Preparation
Marinate 2/3 large portabella mushrooms in 2T soy sauce, 1T worchestire, 1T balsamic vinegar, 1T wasabi oil, 3 chopped green onions, 3 cloves chopped garlic, 1t black pepper, 1t salt, for 2 hrs min.
Roast red pepper on stove top. Toast garlic bread. Grill marinated mushroom caps on grill(or in broiler), top with red pepper and cheese for final minute, serve on toasted garlic bread. A salad on the side accompanies this well for a quick light meal!
