Ingredients
Green and yellow zucchini
olive oil
Italian seasoning (or a mixed seasoning blend)
Season Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Cut zucchini into small rounds. Pour a light amount of olive oil over the zucchini. Sprinkle above seasonings. Place zucchini in tin foil sprayed with cooking spray. Grill for approximately 20 minutes or until slightly tender.
