Ingredients

2 small zuccinis

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1/4 cup chopped mushrooms

grated (parmesan) cheese

Preparation

Wash and halve zuccinis. Scoop out seeds and spray both sides with Pam. Grill until almost done on both sides. Fill boats with mixture of bread crumbs and mushrooms. Return to grill for a short time. When heated through, sprinkle with grated cheese and enjoy.
