Ingredients

15 ounce block extra-firm tofu

soy sauce

nutritional yeast

vegetable oil (sesame oil)

Preparation

Cut cubes into playing dice size.

Heat about 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick skillet until hot. Throw in tofu cubes and sprinkle with soy sauce. cook until moisture is gone and cubes are lightly browned. Sprinkle with more soy sauce and add nutritional yeast. Cook until browned.
