Ingredients

1 c. grits

4 1/2 c. boiling H2O

1 t. salt

10 oz Boursin herb & garlic cheese

1/4 c. salted butter

2 eggs

1/2 c. milk

1 T butter, melted

1 c. crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Preheat oven 350. Grease 9*12 casserole dish. Cook grits in the water for 5 minutes, then add the cheese and butter and stir well. Beat eggs and stir into milk. Slowly stir this mixture into the grits. Pour into the dish. Mix the crumbs with the butter and pour over. Bake 45 minutes.
