Ingredients
1Lb Ground Bison
One Onion
Two Bell Peppers
Two Garlic Cloves
Barbecue Sauce
Shredded Cheese
Mozzarella Balls
Preparation
Prepare Bison in one pan, mixing in the barbecue sauce as necessary to sweeten
Chop the vegetables and garlic and saute them in a separate pan
Combine the two in one pan and mix
Serve onto plates and blend in the shredded cheese as necessary
Place two small balls of fresh mozzarella on top and serve
Season to taste
This can also be used as the starting point for a pasta sauce
