Ingredients

8 eggs

1 package frozen spinach

dash poultry seasoning

pinch sea salt

1/4 stick butter

1/2 package cream cheese

Preparation

Thaw frozed spinach in microwave. Sautee spinich in melted butter. Add cream cheese and melt together. Wisk eggs and seasoning. Add eggs to spinach mixture over medium heat. Cook until egg sets and most of the steam has evaporated. Serve with some good bacon or ham (for “Green Eggs and Ham”).
