Ingredients
8 ounces light cream cheese
4 ounces (1 cup)) shredded Gruyere cheese
1 Tablespoon milk
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
2 Tablespoons finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup shredded, peeled apple
Preparation
Combine cheeses, milk and mustard; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Serve with crackers
