Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1 medium tomato
1/4 cup scallion
3 tablespoons cilantro
1-2 jalapeno peppers, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
Mix tomato, scallion, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, garlic, lime juice, salt, and cumin. Can let stand for a few hours or overnight.
Mash avocados into mixture just before serving.
