Ingredients
4 ripe avocados, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
4 green onions, root and 1 inch of green part, chopped
1/4 cup or so of chopped cilantro
1 dash of cayenne
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
fresh juice from 2 limes
1 or 1/2 jalapeno depending on “heat” you prefer, diced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix but do not overmix as should have some chunks. Yummy with chips!!!
