Ingredients

1 hass avocado

2 teaspoons chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno chilies

2 teaspoons chopped onions

1 tablespoons tomato chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

In a bowl using the back of a wooden spoon thoroughly mash the following ingredients into a juicy paste 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro,1 teaspoon chopped onion, 1/2 teaspoon chopped jalapeno chilies, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Holding the avocado in the cup of the hand split the avocado in half lenghtwise and remove the seed. Slice the avocado lenghtwise into 1/2 strips across forming a grid. Scoop the avocado out of the skin with a spoon into a bowl. Add the avocado to the paste and throughly mix together then add the rest of the indgreidents and fold. Add jalapeno chilies and slat to taste
