Ingredients
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. minced fresh cilantro
2 Tbl lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 avocados, mashed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 poblano pepper (or jalapeno, whatever you prefer)
Can also add tomotoes if you prefer.
