Ingredients

2 large firm-ripe avocados peeled and diced

1/4 cup white minced onion

2 tablespoons of minced cilantro leaves

2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice(to taste)

1 1/2 teaspoon minced serrano or jalapeno chile

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon minced garlic

2 pinches of cayenne pepper

Preparation

In a med. bowl, combine all the ingredients and mash with a large fork until desired texture.
