Ingredients

2 ripe avacados

6 golf ball sized tomatillos

2 serrano chiles (seeded)

1/2 bunch cilentro

pinch of salt

sqeeze of lemon

Preparation

tomatillos into 1/4s,slice and chop serranos / cilantro, put all in food processor use blade and blend thoroughly adding pinch of salt and squeeze of lemon. adjust heat index by adding more or less serranos or if you went overboard on the heat cut it with more avocado
