Ingredients
2 medium very ripe avocados, halved, seeded, peeled and mashed
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/2 4 ounce can diced green chile peppers, drained
1 Tbsp cilantro
1 Tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 clove garlic
2/3 cup finely chopped, peeled, seeded tomato
1 teas salt
Tortilla chips
Preparation
Combile avocados, onion, chile peppers, cilantro, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Stir in tomato just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
