Ingredients
6 ripe avocados
1/2 lime juiced
1/4 medium yellow onion chopped
2 serrano or jalapeno chiles seeds removed chopped
1 big handful cilantro with stems finely chopped
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Preparation
Halve and pit the avocados scoop flesh into mixing bowl mash avocados leaving them fairly chuncky
Add the remaining ingredients and fold everything together
Lay a piece of plastic wrap over the surface of the guacamole to prevent browning and refrigerate
