Ingredients
1 c chopped fresh cilantro
5 medium-large haas avacados
1/4 c chopped yellow onion
1 jalapeno
3/4 t salt
1 red pepper
1/4 c chopped red onion
Preparation
In a food processor combine cilantro, half of one avacado, yellow onion, chilies, and salt. process until smooth. In bowl coursly mash remamining avacados. Stir in peppers and red onion. requires a lot of salt.
