Ingredients
1 medium tomato
2 medium avocados
2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 small onion, minced
1 small garlic clove, minced
1 4-oz. can chopped mild green chilis, drained
Preparation
- Peel and dice tomato. Set aside.
- Cut each avocado in half lengthwise, remove pit and scoop insides into bowl. Add lemon juice and mash.
- Stir in salt, tomato, garlic and chilis. Done.
