Ingredients

2 large avocados

1/2 - 1 jalapeno or serrano pepper (chopped)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

1/2 clove garlic (finely chopped or crushed)

1/2 - 1 tsp ground cumin

Pinch of salt

Splash of lime juice

Preparation

Peel and remove pit from avocados. Put them in a mixing bowl and lightly mash with fork. Add the rest of the ingredients (start slowly with the pepper cumin, so it doesn’t get too spicy) and continue mashing until everything is mixed well. Enjoy with tortilla chips!
