Ingredients
2 avocados, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup cilantro, minced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 fresh serrano chili pepper, minced
2 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Cumin to taste
Salt to taste
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, mash avocados with a fork or potato masher. Mix in all other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. If you’d like a spicier guacamole, add some ground cayenne pepper.
