Ingredients

i head romaine lettuce

1 can bean sprouts, drained

1 can water chestnuts, drained

5 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled

Two boiled eggs

Dressing: 1 Cup salad oil

1/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup catsup

1/4 cup vinegar

2 Tbls. grated onion

2 Tbls. worchestershire sauce

Preparation

Combine romaine, sprouts, chestnuts, bacon, eggs. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients, blend and toss with salad
