Ingredients
1/4 cup freshly squeezed OJ
1 tsp grated orange zest
juice of 1 lime
1 habanero, stemmed and minced
1 scallion, sliced
1 small onion, diced
8 tomatillow, husked and quartered
1 T chopped fresh oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt and pepper
Preparation
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until chunky. Season with salt and pepper. and serve.
