Ingredients

1 whole honeydew melon

4oz strawberries

Preparation

Simple,No cooking involved. The honeydew melon or any kind will do. Cut the melon in half anyway you like to give a good size. Using a desert spoon scrape out all the seeds from both halves & bin the seeds.Using a melon baller scoop out the melon into ball shapes,Scrape out any leftover bits with a spoon & eat them. Wash & chop the strawberries into bite size bits,Mix them with the melon balls and replace back into the melon shell. You can pour a fruity vinegarette over the top or some booze or leave plain for your breakfast.
