2 lbs halibut

3 teaspoons butter, melted

2 teaspoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup brown sugar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ginger

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

1 Mix ingredients together. 2 Place in flat tupperware container and store in refridgerator. 3 Marinate 6-24 hours .
