Ingredients

Dill Sauce

1 c Sour Cream

1 c Mayonnaise

1/8 c Chopped red onion

Dill Weed (enought until you can smell it)

4 Halibut Steak or any white

fish

Fresh grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Prepair sauce with sour cream, mayonnaise, red onion and dill weed. You can make ahead. If you want as stronger flavor of dill sprinkle directly on halibut. Top each steak with dill sauce and sprinkle with fresh parmesian cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 17 minutes.
