Ingredients
2 lb halibut steaks, 1" thick
1/2 c lowfat mayo
1/2 c lowfat sour cream
2 tsp flour
2 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 c shredded cheddar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425*. Rinse fish and pat dry. Grease small baking dish and arrange fish side by side. In small bowl combine mayo, sour cream and flour; stir until smooth. Stir in juice, onion, cayenne. Spoon mixture evenly over fish, covering completely. Bake, uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until fish is opaque in center, Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 2-3 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve.
