Ingredients
Hallibut Ala Goa
1 kg. Hallibut, cut into five portions
Half a coconut, scraped
One large bunch coriander leaves,
One flake garlic,
Quarter inch ginger,
Walnut size ball of tamrind,
2 green chillies,
sugar and salt to taste,
Preparation
Method:
Finely grind all ingredients together, besides the fish. Stuff this paste into each portion of fish. Brush fish with oil and panfry or bake it in oven at 150°C for 17 minutes or till done.
Serve with rice and vegetable curry.
