1 PACKAGE OF CANDY PUMPKINS/OTHER HALLOWEEN CANDY

IN A LARGE GREASED ROASTING PAN COMBINE POPCORN CEREAL & PEANUTS, IN LARGE SAUCEPAN COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, CORN SYRUP & BUTTER, BRING TO ROLLIING BOIL, BOIL FOR 6 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, REMOVE FROM HEAT, QUICKLY STIR IN VANILLA & BAKING SODA UNTIL MIXTURE IS LIGHT & FOAMY, IMMEDIATELY POUR OVER POPCORN MIXTURE, TOSS TO COAT, BAKE UNCOVERED @ 250F FOR ONE HOUR, STIRRING EVERY 15 MINUTES, STIR IN CANDY, COOL COMPLETELY
