Ingredients

36 square won ton wrappers

1 1/2 C shredded Swiss cheese

1/2 C chopped ham

1/2 C sliced green onions

6 eggs

1 C 1/2&1/2

Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 and spray 36 mini muffin cups liberally with nonstick cooking spray.

Press a wonton wrapper into each cup then add equal amounts of cheese, ham and green onion

whisk together eggs, half and half, garlic salt and pepper and pour mixture into cups.

bake for 15 min, tenting loosely with foil if won ton edges brown too quickly. Serve warm.
