Ingredients
1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 c. grated ham
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
If using a frozen pie shell, place empty shell in oven for 10 minutes before filling.
In a mixing bowl combine cheese, onion, bell pepper and ham. Pour into pie shell.
Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over first mixture.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean from center of pie.
Let sit 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
