Ingredients
1 lb. pasta
4 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup frozen baby peas
Preparation
Cook pasta until al dente. Drain into a colander.
Put the butter into the pasta pot with the diced ham and saute 3 minutes. Return the pasta to the pot. Add the cream, Parmesan cheese, parsley and peas. Toss until pasta is covered with sauce and serve.
