Ingredients

1 T poppy seeds

1 T minced onion

1/2 C butter

3 T mustard

Ham slices

Swiss cheese slices

Buns

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add poppy seeds, onion and mustard. Cook about 5 minutes, until onion is opaque; stir frequently. Cool slightly.

Brush both sides of buns with mustard mixture. Place slices of ham and swiss cheese on bun and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
