Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham

1 1/2 lb. ground pork

1 c breadcrumbs

2 beaten eggs

1 c milk

2 c brown sugar

1 c pineapple juice

1/2 c vinegar

2 tsp. dry mustard

1 c water

Preparation

mix first group of ingredients together. Form into bite-sized balls.

Simmer second group of ingredients until reduced. Bake balls in reduction at 325 for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
