Ingredients
8 tbsp. FRENCH’S® Dijon Mustard
8 large slices Italian bread, cut 1/2-inch thick
8 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
8 oz. sliced Swiss or Fontina cheese
1 tomato, thinly sliced
2 to 4 tbsp. butter
Preparation
- SPREAD 1 tbsp. mustard on each slice of bread.
- ARRANGE ham, cheese and tomato on 4 slices bread, dividing evenly. Cover each with second slice of bread, mustard side down.
- MELT butter in large nonstick skillet. Cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese melts, turning once. Cut in half to serve.
Tip: Sandwiches may be prepared in panini or sandwich grill.
