Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen puff pastry

1 tub (8oz) Chive & Onion cream cheese spread

1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese

1/2 cup of chopped ham

1/3 cup chopped red pepper

1/3 cup chopped yellow pepper

1 egg, beaten

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Preparation

Roll thawed puff pastry into 2, 12X9" rectangles on lightly floured surface. Cut each rectangle into 12 squares. Place pastry squares into medium size muffin pans.

Mix remaining ingredients in bowl until well blended. Spoon 1 Tbsp cheese mixture into each pastry cup.

Bake for 15 minutes in preheated oven until pastry is golden brown and mixture is set.

Garnish each cup with parsley sprig and grape tomato.
