Ingredients

6 tablespoons butter

3 cups corn bread stuffing mix

1 slightly beaten egg

1/4 cup water

2 8-ounce packages frozen mixed veggies with onion sauce

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 cups cubed fully cooked ham

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425. Meanwhile, in saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat; add corn bread stuffing mix. Combine slightly beaten egg and water; add to butter-stuffing mix in saucepan. Toss well to combine. Press stuffing mixture into bottom and up of 6 individual casseroles. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook mixed veggies with onion sauce according to package directions. Add shredded cheddar cheese, stirring to melt. Add cubed ham; heat through. Spoon hot ham mixture into baked stuffing shells.
