Ingredients

Ham Loaf:

2# Ground Ham

2# Ground Pork

1.5 Cups Cracker Crumbs (Ritz)

1 whole onion chopped

4 Eggs well beaten

1 1/4 tsp salt

2 cups milk

Glaze:

1 pd light brown sugar

3/4 cup dark vinegar

3/4 tsp Dry Mustard

Horseradish Sauce

1/2 cup of Mayo

1/2 cup Sour Cream

1/4 Brown Mustard

1 TBL Chives Chopped

2 TBL Horseradish

dash salt

dash lemon

Preparation

Ham Loaf: Mix all together in bowl then add milk. Make sure eggs are well blended. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes then baste every 15 minutes with glaze for 1 hour.

Be sure to put on a baking pan lined with foil while in oven as it may bubble over!

Glaze: Mix together then boil 1 minute

Sauce: Mix together and serve room temperature.
