Ingredients
1 1/3 cup orange juice.
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar.
1 cup packed brown sugar.
1 cup crushed pinapple with juice.
8 maraschino cheries.
5 T maraschino juice.
1 1/2 t. ground cinnamon.
1 t ground nutmeg.
1 t groung cloves.
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in blender for 1 minute on mix.
Cook on med. Heat until reduced by 1/3, stirring frequently. Let cool and inject through out ham keeping the left over for spooning over ham as it cooks.
